Exporting to CSV not working for Money Account

I’m trying to export an account to CSV. If I go to Manage >> Money >> Accounts >> Actions >> CSV. Upon clicking CSV, a message appears saying the report will be emailed, but it does not reach my inbox.
I receive all other emails from TroopTrack, and I have checked my SPAM folder.

I am able to get the CSV export by going to MoneyBook, selecting the account, and selecting CSV in the upper right. The CSV is instantly downloaded.

I found the CSV files I requested in my Trash folder. I looked in my SPAM but not my Trash folder! Case Closed.
