If I go to “support”->“spreadsheet import/export”->“Export to CSV”->Users, it fails with the error “504 Gateway Time-out”
The url is:
https://troopNNN.trooptrack.com/manage/import.csv?export_type=Users
This used to work for me. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi @Eoin ,
The servers have experienced some slowdown issues due to new features being released this week. The good news is that the tech team was able to identify the issue and just released a fix for this, so the servers are back up to speed.
Due to this, you should no longer get a timeout when exporting those users.

Yep, that’s working again! Thank you… but it seems that another URL isn’t working any more:
https://troopNNN.trooptrack.com/manage/reports/16567.csv
I get " We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly."
If I use ::
https://troopNNN.trooptrack.com/manage/reports/16567
this works, but the .csv version doesn’t work anymore. Will you get the .csv version of this report working again?
