Filter options in Print Advancement Report to Council

Before the last big update I use to be able to filter/search for a specific scout name when I went under the Print Advancement to Council. Now I cannot search and makes it tougher to do my report. Am I missing where I can still do this? Please let me know.

Thank you.

Hi @KendraNelson,

This is a great idea, and I’ve submitted it to our tech team for review. Those filters definitely make it a lot more helpful when preparing for a meeting.

Sorry for the long wait time,

This has been added to TroopTrack.

It still is not allowing me to search each scout to check mark their achievements and then move to the next scout… Each time it deletes what I have marked before.

Hi @KendraNelson,

I see that you can search by clicking in the top right where it says all members and then choosing a scout. From what you’re saying if you choose a scout, uncheck the boxes on that scout, and then filter back to “all members” the boxes on that scout get re-checked?

Let me know if that’s the issue.

It automatically checks all scouts. I uncheck and then search for a specific scout to check off achievements they currently have done. I then want to go to the next scout and check off, but instead it doesn’t save between each scout.

Hi @KendraNelson,

I’ve gotten that issue over to our tech team so they can get that problem fixed.

I’ll update this thread again when it is.

Thanks,

Hi @KendraNelson,

This feature has been updated to keep the ones you selected as selected even as you filter from one member to another.

Great! Thank you so much. This makes it so much easier when previous achievements haven’t been updated.
