Testing TT4 on a general member account with no admin rights. Seems that any member can modify rank awards and custom awards. Click path: Manage -> About Your Ship -> Awards -> Edit Icon.
These should be locked out for members.

Thanks @JustinWeaver. I’ve got a fix that will go live tonight.
Just to clarify, users were shown these links, but if they clicked them they were redirected with a message that they didn’t have privileges to make changes. So they couldn’t actually mess things up, but they could see links they shouldn’t have.

It does seem to be fixed. However, no privileges message ever appeared. They actually could modify the items. But like I said, it does seem to be fixed regardless.
