Chatterbox Blue Chat Boxes do not allow visibility to Blue Links and Blue File Attachments unless they are physically highlighted by the reader. But if the reader can’t see them, then they may not know they are there to physically highlight to read or select and choose the link or file attachment.
There is a blue file attachment in the blue chat box above that does not show up in the screenshot above.

The blue file attachment is now highlighted in the blue chat box in the screenshot above and becomes slightly visible in light blue.
Blue Links and Blue File Attachments do not work within Blue Chat Boxes. Please find another color combination to allow links and file attachments to be seen within all chat boxes.
These screenshot examples are shown on an iPhone. But the issue is the same on a PC laptop computer.
