FIXED: Custom Mailing Lists, Any member allowed to send button

Single Radio Button labeled “Any member is allowed to send emails to list”. If you click it once, it fills in. If you click it again, it stays filled in. No way to get it to clear. On Magic Mail list, it is a check box, not a radio button. In the old system there were two radio buttons (Yes or No).

I’ve got a fix ready for this. It will go live on the beta site sometime today.
