Magic Mailing list for Scoutmaster and ASMs only - thinking it will be leaders less the committee members

@Sam, thanks. I actually thought about this last night, so I created 2 “Patrols” one for committee and one for SM/ASM’s. Has the same effect as a Magic Mailing list.
