Can someone explain what the privilege “Edit User Profile” allows you to do? @Pushkaraj? 
I feel like I’ve been able to edit users’ profiles for some time, but maybe not in the way this privilege intends!

I can definitely help you out. The “Edit User Profile” allows you to edit basic information on a users profile without being able to create new members. It was previously a part of the manage members privilege , but it was separated from that privilege by request and added separately. This was done because some Troops have a troop photographer who they want to give access to upload pictures to a users profile, but don’t want them being able to add/create new members for their troops.
