I had an event this weekend where 33 Cubs earned the swimming adventure. I updated 6 Cubs achievement records. I cannot update anymore as I receive a gateway timeout - 504 error. I’ve tried quick switch, logging on and off, open and close of user accounts. Nothing seems to work
@dculin, are you updating the adventures individually or in Bulk? I have tried to reproduce your issue and so far everything has loaded normally. If you continue to have this issue please take screenshots and e-mail to support@trooptrack.com.

@dculin Are you trying to update adventures which have been turned off in the pack? We had issues with some old updates, after we turned them off.
Nope. I’m trying to update new adventures. We held a Welcome Back Pool Party and 31 Scouts earned their “swimming” adventure. I got 25 updated and then the system seems to be overloaded. I have 6 Scouts whose records did not update to the new adventures (so I couldn’t load the new swimming adventures earned) and 51 Scouts whose records did. I can’t manually delete the old adventures from those 6 Scouts as the delete button is missing. After updating the 25 records and trying to to update the 6, I can’t even open the achievements tab on any Scout without getting a gateway timeout. I’m back to tracking via spreadsheets and Scoutbook until TT gets fixed.

Okay, similar / same issue. Cannot post adventure achievements. I worked fine a couple weeks ago, but not now. And, now, I click on a scout, and click on achievements tab and will time out. So, the achievement query seems to have an issue itself. HELP! I did turn off the old achievement choices in the pack preferences.
I re-enabled all of the old Cub adventures and now the Achievements page has been loading, it takes a long time if the new adventure is attached to the profile but does load. I am thinking if the old adventures were still attached to the profile but they were disabled it wasn’t loading and not allowing me to remove them. Now I can remove them and it has been loading. I have also shared my findings with support.
Have we had any news? I’ve been thru the record of every Scout in my Pack. The remaining issues are all on Webelos Scouts. Is there a way to delete the Webelos rank from their achievements tab to return them to the “blank” state and then add the rank back hopefully starting anew? In short, I can “start achievements” but cannot delete achievements. I’ve tried with individual records, but the delete button is missing for the majority or the lines…
The issue is with the new Ranks specifically. It was being worked on. No updates at this time.
