Getting Timeouts and errors today

Had to jump to mobile on my phone to post this still getting errors and timeouts here but with enough tries I made it to post this. Getting multiple timeout errors and trooptrack just working slow and erroring out chatterbox failed .

Hi y’all,

Our tech team is working to fix these issues. Chatterboxes should be working currently. It may have to do with some of our servers going down a few times last week. One of them has been slow recently, but our team is looking into this issue and why it’s happening.

Yea it’s currently 9pm on Monday and I just had two TroopTrack crashes. I have noticed major slowdowns and crashes the past two weeks or so.

Still getting this in chatterbox:

Once it does this I get links that don’t want to work correctly. I have to reload the page.

I can’t get anything but a white screen after login. My phone, my computer, and on 3 different browsers. Nothing has worked since last night. It won’t even time out for me. Just sits on a white screen and that’s all it will do.

I was able to recreate that error with your account and I got it over to our tech team. They’re taking a look at it now.

@SRUEDU, I was able to impersonate your account successfully. Are you still unable to log in?

One of the servers has been running slow, and our tech team is trying to figure out why that’s happening.

SWEET!! I can log in now. First time since day before yesterday. It was weird b/c only one of my girls could log into her account. But no one else could. I was trying on Windows machines and Mac machines, different browsers. We had Opera, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome and didn’t have any success.
