How can I get TroopTrack to respond to me and fulfill my order?

Hello - This is my first time posting on this forum so I apologize in advance if I’m doing something incorrectly. Frankly, I’m just trying to get help to resolve an issue that has been going on for an inordinate amount of time. I purchased perforated blue card and award card sheets from the TroopTrack website back in July (July 26), and I have yet to receive them (despite being charged). I first inquired about the purchase by emailing the support address with a copy of my receipts (below) on August 25, and I received a response three days later indicating “We have forwarded your request to Taylor for more details, Once we have any update from him we will inform you accordingly.” I received no further response to that email. I emailed again on September 19 and received no response. I emailed again on October 13 and received no response. I emailed again on October 29 and received no response. If you are unable to fulfill my order, simply communicate that to me and refund my money. If you are having difficulties of some sort, communicate that to me. This level of service is both incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable. Please, how can I resolve this?

Really, TroopTrack? No response? You gladly take my money but don’t fulfill my order or acknowledge the situation? This is unacceptable.

This is mostly a forum for users to help users and is not monitored by TT staff much. I know the question has been posed from the support person to the TT leadership with no response. I agree that it is unacceptable. I will reach out again to leadership and inquire.

I heard back and they are looking into it again.They thought it was completed.

Looking for an update here. TroopTrack Leadership, I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am in how you are running this website/business and handling this situation. Taking a troop’s money and then not fulfilling the obligation is absolutely unacceptable.

I checked with Tyler and he said you should see a refund. Please check and let me know.
