How do I delete members from troop track?

I can only deactivate parents - but can’t seem to remove anyone from a family or delete a family/household.
We have loads of people in the deactivated list that we’d like to just remove. Similarly, there are loads of people that come up in the households list that we’d like to remove. How is this accomplished?
The only way I can add a person is to send them an email to register.

If you have a Trail Life troop, you will need to get in touch with them for support, since we can’t even delete users on the backend if they belong to a Trail Life troop.

If you have another type of troop, you should be able to go in to each deactivated user profile and click the delete button.
