I have several scouts who have aged out and I have converted them to adults. Unfortunately I forgot to end their youth leadership on their 18th birthday. Now I can’t edit them. So, can we either get edit capability or can they system automatically set the end date for any youth leadership position on the scouts 18th birthday?
Under “Member Details” in the user’s profile, you can press “Edit” next to “Basic Info” and check the box next to “Youth?”, then end the leadership position, then uncheck the “Youth?” box again.
