I reported a major bug last week. I’ve posted 4 times about this issue. Nothing and since there doesn’t appear to be a way to contact the developer, I’m totally stuck. I"m beyond frustrated at the complete and total lack of response and with no real channels for support, why is my pack paying for a product that does not work. Hello ANYONE can I please get some help?
On your TT account, you can go to Support -> Contact us and you will get a variety of ways to contact them including phone number. Or you can go to Support -> Get Help -> put banana in the search bar -> then fill out the help ticket.
Good luck! They are usually really quick with responses. Perhaps they’ve been short on help or had sickness throughout the TT community.
Hi @cccmikelee, I’m sorry we haven’t been able to help you in a timely way. I’m trying to make up for that now and hopefully things will go better. Did you see my response to your initial thread about the manage page?
