The Joining Badge is now missing on our page. I cannot record the progress for new members.

I alerted the TT Admins to this issue. For issues like this the best option is to send a message to support@trooptrack.com, the TT Admins are not able to spend as much time in the Community so may not see these posts.

Please post the requirements or a link to a document with the requirements and the TT admins will add it back in.

AHG Joining Award Requirements (these are for all girls in the program at all levels - so should be available for all levels to start)

  1. Memorize and agree to live by the AHG Oath.
  2. Understand/Memorize and agree to live by the AHG Creed.
  3. Learn the AHG Sign and when to use it.
  4. Learn the AHG Salute and when to use it.
  5. Memorize the Pledge of Allegiance.
  6. Review the AHG Mission Statement with your Unit Leader.
  7. Present yourself in AHG uniform. Tell when and where you will wear it and agree to follow these guidelines. Understand why it is important to wear your uniform.
  8. Complete requirements #1 and #2 of the Our Flag badge.
  9. Learn about the history of AHG.
  10. Learn about the history of your troop.
  11. Talk with your Unit Leader about safety during Troop activities. Understand the buddy system and other ways to be safe during a field trip or Troop meeting.
  12. Meet with your Unit Leader, take time to get to know each other. Be prepared to talk about yourself, your family, hobbies, and pets.

This hasn’t been fixed yet. This award is the first thing new girl members earn in AHG, so literally every girl who registered for the first time this year has to have this documented this fall. I have 30 new girls I am needed to get this documented for. Is there a faster way for me to bring this to TroopTracks attention? It really needs to be a priority before we roll into mid year ceremony season. Not sure how or why it got deleted but we need it back.

I just heard back from the TT Admins they said it will be added back today. Sorry.

I am able to record Joining Award elements through Achieve > Record Progress (Bulk). In the Award type dropdown, it is categorized under “**Level Award”.
