I would love for both the Joining Award and the appropriate Level Award to automatically begin on each girl’s account when they are added to the system. I believe Level Awards start automatically but this seems inconsistent. Sometimes the girls have progress on their level award and sometimes it doesn’t show up at all. I’m not sure what causes that to happen but I’m confident no one in our troop is manually entering the info.
In American Heritage Girls, all girls should earn their Joining Award before receiving badges. Our troop is almost all military and therefore very transient. When we get a new group of girls joining all at once, I would like to be able to start their Joining Award so that when I pull a report I can monitor their progress (even or especially if they remain at 0%).
