I use the Communicate -> Send an email feature a lot. Is it possible to include the primary & secondary email addresses when sending a message using this feature. It seems like only the primary emails are being used.
What is the best way to email both primary & secondary email?

I think the user has to check off that they want their secondary email included. This is under Email Preferences when they click on their name at the top

You’re welcome! I’m pretty sure that each user has to check this setting, it’s not something we can opt them into ourselves.
