Why is expired in the URL?
This shows up because at some point the troop’s account has expired. After an account has been expired for some time, they “relinquish” their subdomain (such as troop-123.trooptrack.com) to free it up for possible use by another troop with an active subscription.
This is a really easy fix once the account is active again, however. You can go to Manage > Settings > Edit Troop Settings. On the last tab (Webmaster Tools), there is a field at the top left where you can change your subdomain. Enter here what you would like to see as the subdomain, then click the “Update Settings” button at the bottom left of the page.
Thanks Kelsie. I discovered that just a few days before your reply. I have created a new subdomain and we we are good. Thank you.
