Has anyone renewed their subscription only to have Troop track lock them out when the subscription “expires”? We’re going on 3 days without being able to access anything. I’ve emailed support. It just keeps counting up days until it’s supposedly renewed, counting up from when we renewed it as opposed to counting down to a renewal date.
We have never had an issue like this. Did it get resolved with support?
