Having issues trying to send an email to invitees from an event.
I’m getting a “Your message could not be saved. This usually happens when pasting from Microsoft Word when the document contains unsupported characters.” message.
I typed the whole message from scratch and still getting the error.
Is this a new event or are you using the “Email Invitees” option? I just tried Email Invitees from an existing Event and was successful.
I also couldn’t reproduce this. It can sometimes take a while to generate all the event trackers (the data we track who’s invited and stuff). Would you mind trying it again?

it was an event created before the TT4 upgrade.
@sct I’ve updated the monitoring to help us see what is going on when this particular failure occurs. Can you try it again please?
I just tried sending a message and I got the RoR error message:
"# We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly."
