Newsletter Feature

I just found the Newsletter feature in TT. I am wondering how to add the section where it says my name and then Update:
I would like to add an update.
I would also like to change the font in the Newsletter, especially for the headings.

If anyone has answers, please help. Thanks

The updates come in dynamically based on information in the users account. There is no option to change fonts or design elements of the newsletter e-mail.
