Hi @ShelleyRussell!

I’ve completed the transfer. However, it looks like someone created accounts for some of the members in your troop before I was able to transfer them over. Because of this, some of the members I transferred now have two accounts. To correct this, you will need to move all the information you want to keep to one account, and then delete the extra account.
