Opening previous emails automatically sending

Any time a previous email is opened it is automatically sending to the entire troop. We had one from 15 months ago just go out announcing a change in leadership, which confused everyone. If you could let me know if any settings need to be changed or how this can be fixed, I would greatly appreciate it.

This has been reported to the TT team however they cannot reproduce the problem. They are continuing to look into it.
