PayPal Button Not Working

When I enable PayPal I am able to see it as an option in the checkout section of a Shopping Cart. However, clicking the link pops up PayPal for a moment then terminates. In browser console I get the following:

This same behavior is displayed in multiple desktop browsers. Though I cannot see the console on a mobile browser this same behavior persists as well. Please advise.

I would suggest you send an e-mail to support@trooptrack.com, they are understaffed currently and it is their busiest time of year so they may take a week or more to get back to you but this does not seem like something that will be solved by others in the Community.
