Print a unit number different than the one displayed on applications

This may be unique to our unit but we go by the last two digits of our Council ID number, so what I would like is for TroopTrack to display like this

and for Applications, and Tour Plans to print the 4 digit ID like this

I would like this feature as well. Our official number is four digits but we commonly use only the last three.
