Push notifications for Chatterboxes do not seem to be working for our Troop. Perhaps we have a setting unchecked?
I was not able to recreate this issue. To receive push notifications users must have the app downloaded, be in the chatterbox, and have push notifications turned on in their settings. Each user can check this by clicking on their name, “your profile” and then going to their settings tab.
