Push notifications for Chatterbox

Push notifications for Chatterboxes do not seem to be working for our Troop. Perhaps we have a setting unchecked?

Hi @jmklotz,

I was not able to recreate this issue. To receive push notifications users must have the app downloaded, be in the chatterbox, and have push notifications turned on in their settings. Each user can check this by clicking on their name, “your profile” and then going to their settings tab.

Thank you for the response! I checked my settings as you described - all enabled. I’ll try again and see if I did something wrong the last time. Thanks!
