Is there a report set up that will show me scouts current rank, when he earned it, the next rank and percentage complete. I’m looking for a way to determine how long a scout may have been working on his next rank to help determine bottlenecks/issues/involvment.

Under Manage, Reports, Ranks it does give you that information if you have All selected for everything but it also gives you everything else as well so in the browser you have to select pages and pages to see every scout. If you were to export that as CSV its quicker to scroll through and just ignore the extra ranks that are listed but not earned to see where each scout is. You can specify an individual to narrow it into one particular scout.
