When entering bulk progress after a recent campout, I was able to complete steps 1 and 2 but on step 3 “Next” was grayed out and “Record Progress” bounced me back to step 1 without adding achievements in individuals record.
It is Record Progress that is the proper button not Next. It does normally bounce you back to Step 1 however above the “Who Participated” it should show progress was added to xyz scouts. I was able to perform this action just now and it did record the progress to the Scout. Perhaps it has to do with the specific achievements you are adding. Can you let me know what you added and I can try that to see if I can reproduce the issue?
Thanks for getting back to me…your request helped me realize my mistake. I was using the Tenderfoot (2015) requirements (it was at the top of the list); when I went to Tenderfoot (2016) and entered everything it worked as expected.

I noticed the old Rank when I did my test as well. I will ask the admins to remove the old ones. I think at this point it is not possible anyone started with the previous rank requirements.
