I am the Troop Admin and the Remove Spam Report for user 695069 is not working. Please remove them from the spam report.
Send this directly to support@trooptrack.com. This is their busiest time of year and they are short staffed currently. It will take time for them to respond but they are not checking the Community as often as in the past.
I am having the same issue. I sent an email to the support team on Jan 20th, I haven’t received any updates.
