According to one of our users, trooptrack shows she reported trooptrack as spam. How do we change it so she can get emails?
That would typically be something the end user would need to do with their provider or email system.
She said she hit the button to remove Spam report but it didn’t work. I also went in and hit the button and it did nothing, see picture attached.
If you select Remove Spam Report then TT will attempt to send to her again, if it still comes back she will need to contact her e-mail provider to find out why TT keeps getting rejected as SPAM.
@SharonCrocker1 , please email us at support@trooptrack.com and provide the email address of the user who is having the problem and I can look the email up in our email system and hopefully resolve this issue for you.
