Support needed: stuck on subscriptions page after renewal

Hi, we recently renewed in January (100.trooptrack.com) and the subscription shows as Active, but I’m not able to get past the subscriptions page - every other area of the site redirects me back there.

Additionally, I tried to submit the contact form about this but got an error message.
