Report to show when members were added to TroopTrack

Is there a report (audit log) to show when members (both adults and youth) were added to Troop Track? Not, the “joined” date but the actual date that they were added to the system.

Ideally, it will show the person that added the member, date and time.

There is not a report or anything in the UI that gives that information. Not sure if such information exists on the back end.
