Over the last several weeks recently created events have had incorrect and random RSVPs. This is currently an inconvenience but I am concern will be become more of an issue. Any support you could give would be appreciated.
There have been a few reports of this and it has been mentioned to the TT developer. It is random and not happening across the board so this may be a more difficult one to nail down the cause.
Hi Aaron - I had a family note that they had either not rsvp’d at all or had rsvp’d No, but the adults showed up as Yes. I think they said they hadn’t logged in at all (i.e. this happened when their kids rsvp’d for camp. The kids show up as no, but both adults showed up as yes.
If it is the case that the Scouts RSVPd and it did something with the Adults in the Household I can test that. Thanks for the feedback.
We just had the same issue reported to me. Scout signed up for something and the parents got tagged as coming too. We thought that one was user error but it sounds like it is an issue.
We are also seeing weird RSVP issues where someone is both signed up as Attending and Not Attending an event. I think this has happened more than once. If I find an commonality among the events/circumstances then I’ll let you know.
Update: On the event that listed someone simultaneously coming and not coming, when the event organizer cleaned up the list those people now have duplicate entries under Not Coming.
