I looked to see if this was brought up before but I didn’t see it.
I have an event posted and parents go in to RSVP and then hit the save button but then there’s nothing there. So they haven’t RSVP’d.
Did I set it up wrong?

I can’t think of anything in my experience with TT that would cause something like this. I would suggest you send an e-mail to support@trooptrack.com with the link to the specific event having an issue and hopefully they can help figure it out. Sounds like perhaps an issue with that specific event.
