Scout without privileges to manage training. can still manage training

Scout is set for self privilege level. Also has manage own activities and only be able to upload photos. But still has access to change some items in their profile, training be the only one in question that is problematic. Why is this? If I check on his privilege to manage own training there is no change. So that option makes no difference
