In our troop we have an RSVP deadline of 2 weeks out so we can make sure we plan adequately as to haw many boys are going on a campout, etc. However there are so many emails from Trooptrack that reminders get lost in the shuffle.
It would be great if we could (without creating another event) generate a “last chance” type email that was clearly more important that the rest of the mails the parents/kids get to provoke them to go look and sign up for events. The key here is that the title of the last chance email would need to be distinct from the invite email.
