Every entry is duplicated on an events view all payments screen.
Hi @pack244. There are two entries per transaction on that view because the credit card processing fee is also appearing. That way you can see the fees but they are deducted from the total for the event. Does that make sense?
Okay great that makes sense from the payments view. I was confused because I was sent here to record rsvps and that whole process seemed confusing. The regular attendance of checking the box is much more straightforward. I can’t figure out a good way to get accurate attendance when a single “guest” in a party doesn’t show.
I see. TroopTrack doesn’t track whether guests actually come unfortunately. That’s the first time anyone’s asked about it.
