Orders missing/others duplicated

Hello. In our payment account for this year we have an order that are showing up duplicated even though we’ve only received one payment. And then that particular order isn’t showing up in our order listing either.

Payments_2020-21 is the account it’s going into that shows the duplicate entries

Hi @TiffanyOSheal,

I was able to find the order by clicking on “manage”, “orders” and putting the order in the search bar. You’ll need to make sure that there’s not a space at the end so it can complete the search.

I deleted the duplicate payment by clicking on “action”, and “delete” out beside the duplicated one. This didn’t delete the other order on that account. I believe this happened because if you click the gear icon, “online payments” and go to your account for event items and the other account for shopping cart payments they’re the same account. It helps with managing everything to have 2 seperate accounts, so that way there’s not as many debits and credits on one account.
