Subscription Renewal problem

My Troop Track account needs to be renewed in 4 days. When I tried to renew (1 time renewal), the site glitched when I clicked the payment button. The payment doesn’t look like it went through, BUT now we are set up for automatic renewal. HOW? The make-a-payment option is gone.

  1. I need to get it off auto renew.
  2. I need to make a payment.

Can anyone help me out?

The auto renewal will be setup automatically, you then need to go back in after and remove it. You can e-mail support@trooptrack.com to see if the payment went through or not.
