Users that are moving from one TroopTrack troop to another are able to request that their data is transferred between them automatically. We will take care of the transfer and it won't change any of your data or your login details. Initiating a transfer is simple.
Initiate a Transfer:
Select the Support Menu and Request Member Transfer
Select if this will be a Transfer Into or Out of your Troop
Transfer To My Troop:
Select the Troop to transfer from by selecting the From Troop drop down list searching and selecting the troop.
In the Note field enter a comprehensive list of everyone you would like transferred from the other Troop, this would include Scouts, Parents, Grandparents, anyone associated with the scout.
Transfer From My Troop:
Select the Troop to transfer to by selecting the To Troop drop down list searching and selecting the troop.
Select the check box next to every member you would like to transfer out of your Troop into the other Troop.
The leaders of the other Troop will get a message to confirm the transfer of members.
