TroopTrack Billing Support

Hi TT Folks – Does anyone have any idea who to reach out to at TT to handle invoicing and subscription issues? I have tried “Dave@” and get a bounce back now as well as starting a general ticket for assistance on the site but get zero response.

Our Pack’s TT account had expired late last year and since there was no way to pay via a bank account or Paypal, etc.. that I could find on the site I paid with my personal credit card and set up 3-month increments. All was well. We later found on our Pack’s Paypal account that TT had charged (must have been set up reoccurring by previous leaders) $99 for an annual subscription. That annual subscription must not be properly linked to our account. So we’re paying twice.

Thanks for any feedback or direction on who to contact.

Tyler is now the head of TT. The support person was asking Tyler in the chat but was not getting a response. I reached out to Tyler via text yesterday and he said he would process the refunds.

Thank you, Aaron. Do you know if there is an option to pay via Paypal any longer? I would prefer that our Pack Treasurer would not need to reimburse me personally.

I was never aware of a way to pay for TT via PayPal. I do know in the past you could mail a check. I will ask Tyler if he is still offering that as an option, if that works then the Treasurer could just mail a TroopCheck.

OK, thank you for checking. I was surprised too as coming in, the Treasurer and I didn’t know how the payment was taking place but then noticed it in our Paypal as a payment that was set up in there to send annually.
