@Tyler Not sure where to put this question. Our VC went to pay for our annual subscription and we can’t get the website to let it go through. It acts like it goes through, but then we never received a confirmation email and it hasn’t come out of our account. Is there a number she can call to see if we can figure out what’s going on?

I took a look at your troop’s account. Your troop’s TroopTrack subscription is good through June 6th. So what has happened is when your VC went to pay for the next year, the payment isn’t due until June 6th. So we have your information on file, but you won’t be charged until June 6th. On June 6th, you should see a payment go through.
