I have an event that is scheduled (May 17th) that allows people to attend, and has the option to purchase a take-home kit for the activity. I have been playing with the purchase items link & none of the purchases seem to be recorded.
As I walk through the purchase items on my own profile, I get to this screen, but then don’t see anything indicating the purchase has been applied to my account:
When I “view purchase records,” nothing is listed. The CSV has no rows.
What am I doing wrong?
