Does the privilege for events allow a user to update achievements? I want unit leaders to be able to add events and even take attendance, but not to add achievements done at the event. I have the update badges privilege turned off.

“Edit Achievement Records” allows you to update achievements and “Manage Events” allows you to create, edit, and update events (and record attendance). Giving your leader “Manage Events” and not “Edit Achievement Records” will do what you want.
