I am trying to determine the list that someone used to send an email to. Right now it says the person then to list-server@trooptrack.com, but I am unsure what this this went to and if it went to the whole troop or just a subset of people in one of the other lists. Is there a way to tell?

Best way to find out is to look in Communicate > Recent Messages. You’ll be able to tell from there if it went to everyone.
This was a message that was sent out as part of and RSVP notes I assume but came to me as an email from a server list but I do not know who it went to and know it was more than just me who set up the invite. It did not appear in the section you mentioned.
