Harriet Tubman Level Award - The way the award is set up in Troop track is it displays a date for a girl to have to complete all the frontiers each year. But you can take 2 year to complete the frontiers. Also there are 3 years for service hours and the Pioneer level is only 2 years. It also requires 4 special events and with 2 years of membership you only need 3 special events.
It seems that the template was maybe copied from an award that takes 3 years to complete???
