AHG new level awards not tracking all info needed

second year Explorer - added the new Ida Scudder level award to her BUT the previously earned badges during her first year are not being recorded - tried to manually add the date the badge was completed BUT it doesn’t have anywhere to record the date awarded which seems like that will not be accurate progress report - now what?

Are you saying that the Ida Scudder level award isn’t autofilling with the badges she previously earned?

Our tech team is working on that issue, but if you want to record progress for that badge you can click on the “edit” (it looks like a pen in a square) next to that badge and put in the date the requirement was earned for badges such as “the arts”.

No, previously earned badges did not automatically add to new Ida Scudder.
I did that but you can’t add both completed and awarded dates to the level award.

Are you wanting to add awarded dates for the requirement or the entire level award?

You can add the completed and awarded dates for the entire level award in the very top section. Along with being able to check the boxes of purchased and recognized.

If you’re wanting to add an awarded date for a requirement that isn’t possible. You’ll have to add the awarded date for the requirement on that award itself. So whichever award fulfils the requirement of “the arts” for example is the award where you can fill out the awarded date for that award.

Trying to add requirements awarded dates but there is no place to do that I can find. I’ve printed the level award and there is a column for it but no way to edit.

I have badges that were earned last month and even that one did not auto-complete the new Ida Scudder award either. I believe you were saying that you know that feature still needs to be fixed, right?

Don’t you just hate change? LOL This is so much more work after we get a system done pat. The changes in AHG Level Awards are worth waiting until TT can figure out how to set the new parameters for tracking. Good luck!

It’s never been possible to give awarded dates to the requirement. It’s only possible to put when the requirement was completed. For example for Ida Scudder you can put when that whole Ida Scudder award was awarded but not the requirements for that award.

As I stated previously if I was wanting to put an awarded date for “the arts” then I’d have to go to whichever award fulfilled that requirement (like Art History) and you can put an awarded date on the art history award. This means you go to that award specifically and not to the level award. As I said, you cannot enter an awarded on date for a requirement but only the whole award.

Thanks for taking the time. I do understand what you are saying BUT what made me think it could be done is when I printed the level award it had a column for each item titled Awarded which confused me.
