I would love to be able to create announcements for multiple patrols without having to create separate ones for the same announcement. Currently we have several patrols in our Woodlands units for TL that pretty much always get the same announcements, but unless I create a separate announcement for each of those five patrols, everyone would get it. And we don’t need the older boys reading those announcements because they aren’t pertinent to them. Seems like a check box option for the patrols instead of a drop down box could be a simple fix for this?

Yes! I don’t usually do separate announcements for our levels because if this. One year we had 5 squads of Tenderhearts, it would save time to check multiple units. Email works this way, you can send it to multiple units.
