Looking in the Manage -> Units, I have a member that has a lime green background. She’s the only one in our troop that is green. I’m wondering why she is green and how do I change it?

I don’t see any members with green backgrounds in your troop. That probably means you figured it out. A person who is not a scout, but not in a household and does not hold a leadership position is considered an “Adult” and those are identified with a green tile.
