I just was wondering if there was a way to recall anything that was put in an announcement but has “expired” so to speak. If I go to announcements and future it is only recent announcements and all others are gone.
It appears that older announcements are removed after they expire.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean but it sounds like you are asking about how to request a new feature. If so, start a new topic under the “Ideas” category and explain how you’d like the new feature to work.
I personally would make a .doc/.pdf out of the minutes and then
Share > Documents.
